SECTION 21 - Additional Terms and Conditions for Gold Jewellery

  • 7-Day Returns
    • Return Policy: You may return your item within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to a successful inspection of the product. The inspection process may take up to 7 days from the date the item is received at our warehouse/store.
    • Return Requirements: The return must include a video showing the product being repacked with the original item, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
    • Exclusions: Personalized and Made-to-Order products are not eligible for a 7-day return. They can only be returned in case of defective or spurious items.

  • Non-Receipt or Empty Box Claims
    • Timeframe: Claims for non-receipt of a product or an empty box will only be entertained if submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
    • Claim Requirements: The claim must include an unboxing video that shows the original outer seal.

  • Lifetime Exchange & Buyback
    • Exchange Option: After the 7-day return period, you may choose to exchange or buy back jewellery purchased from the Moena website in India.
    • Gold Credit: Credits will be provided for gold (adjusted for 24kt purity) based on its current market value.
    • Diamonds/Solitaires/Pearls: Credits will be provided based on their current market value.
    • Deductions: Making charges and GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted. The credit can be used as a discount on future orders. Adjustments will be made subject to product inspection.
    • Buyback Option: We will offer to buy back:
      • Gold: At its prevailing market value, adjusted for 24kt purity.
      • Diamonds/Solitaires/Pearls: At 90% of their prevailing market value as a refund.
    • Deductions: Making charges and GST are non-refundable, and a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the buyback value.
    • Refund Process: The refund will be processed to your original payment method, which may take 7-10 days to complete. Further adjustments may be made based on product inspection.

  • Defective Product Adjustments
    • Defects/Deficiencies: For both exchange and buyback, if any deficiencies or defects (such as missing stones, damages, or improper packaging) are found in the returned product, the exchange or buyback amount will be adjusted based on the extent of the deficiency.
    • Right to Reject: In cases of significant damage, Moena reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the return or exchange request. The company's decision will be final and binding.

  • Product Weight Deviation
    • Weight Variations: The price listed on our website/app is based on an average product weight. The actual weight of the product may vary, which could result in a minor excess charge or refund.
    • Notification: You will be notified of such changes within 48 hours of placing your order. You will have the option to cancel the order within 24 hours of this communication.
    • COD Orders: For COD orders, we request full payment upfront. Any excess payment will be refunded, and any shortfall will be requested within 48 hours after delivery. The weight stated in the invoice will be the final weight.

  • Refund Processing Time
    • Refund Duration: Refunds will take a minimum of 7-10 working days from the date the jewellery is received at our store or central warehouse.

  • Documentation Required for Returns/Exchanges/Buybacks/Warranties
    • Required Documents: To avail any services under the authenticity certificate (such as returns, exchanges, buybacks, or warranty), you must provide:
      • The original invoice (either hard or soft copy).
      • Relevant certificates, including IGI/SGL certificates (strictly original and hard copy).
    • Ineligibility: Missing documentation will make the product ineligible for return, exchange, or warranty.

  • Moena Jewellery Only
    • Brand Exclusivity: Please note that exchanges and buybacks are valid only for Moena jewellery. Jewellery from other brands, regardless of purity or type, will not be accepted.

  • 6-Month Warranty
    • Warranty Coverage: We offer a limited 6-month warranty on all gold and diamond jewellery from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or pre-existing damages.
    • Exclusions: Wear and tear, mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, or tampering are not covered. Changes in surface finish, color, or the loss of stones are also not covered.
    • Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired, we may replace it with another item of equal value at our discretion.

  • Variation in Product Weight/Dimensions/Colour
    • Minor Variations: There might be up to a 2% variation in the weight, dimensions, and color of the product compared to the specifications mentioned.

  • Gold Jewellery Offers
    • Offer Validity: All offers on gold jewellery are valid only on diamond-studded gold jewellery.
