Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.


Exclusions

Personalized jewellery is non-returnable, except in cases of defects or spurious products.


Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after verifying the returned items.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.


Missing Items

If an order is returned but certain items are missing, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This includes promotional products or free gifts.


Replacement & Exchange

If you prefer a replacement or exchange, the same return conditions apply. The replacement will only be dispatched once the returned item is received.


Return Process

To initiate a return, submit your request via our website or contact Customer Support.

Please ensure availability for the reverse pickup. If the delivery partner is unable to reach you, the pickup may be canceled, and the return process will need to be re-initiated, which may delay the timeline.


Serviceable Areas

While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse delivery, some pin codes may only be forward-serviceable. In such cases, we may request that you return the product via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post) and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (up to Rs. 70).

If shipping costs exceed Rs. 70, additional charges will be deducted from your refund.

For non-serviceable pin codes, you’ll be responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse, and we’ll reimburse Rs. 70 as part of your refund.


Empty or Missing Products

If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

A 360-degree unpacking video is required for processing your claim. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may result in the claim being denied. The final decision rests with Moena.
