Exchange

You may exchange your jewellery for credits based on its current market value:

• Gold: Adjusted for 24kt purity.
• Diamonds/Solitaires/Pearls: Based on current market value.

Deductions: Making charges and GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted.

Credit Usage: The credit can be used as a discount on future orders, subject to product inspection.

Buyback

We offer to buy back:

• Gold: Adjusted for 24kt purity.
• Diamonds/Solitaires/Pearls: At 90% of its prevailing market value.

Deductions: Making charges, GST, and an additional 3% processing fee will be deducted.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take 7-10 days to complete.

Adjustments: Further adjustments may apply subject to product inspection.
